Tracy McNeese
Associate ASID, CPA
Founder, Lead Designer
Inspired by her father, a Fort Worth Architect, Tracy’s interiors possess a timeless quality and a deep-seated passion for architectural detail and classic design. She creates spaces that are distinctly balanced, nuanced in design, and as uniquely curated as the families who live in them. As a graduate from Baylor University, she studied Interior Design and Accounting, Tracy brings her clientele a comprehensive knowledge of interior design and architecture with strong business, budgeting and project management skills.
Curated Design Partners (CDP), formerly McNeese Designs, was founded by Tracy in 2007, when she quickly established herself as a preeminent interior designer in North Dallas. Her design styles range from modern classic to eclectic traditional, with no two design projects alike. Today, Tracy, along with her talented CDP team, serves clients locally and nationally. Her work has been featured in various design and lifestyle publications including: Frisco Style, Plano Profile, and Starwood Magazine. She is an Associate Member of American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. Tracy resides in Frisco with her three wonderful children, and enjoys time spent around the table with family and friends.
KIM DINOTA
Design Manager
Kim, a native of Chicago, earned her master’s degree in International Business and developed her love for design while traveling around the world as Director of Marketing for Motorola. During her travels, she seized every opportunity to visit cathedrals and villages along the way, transformed by the beauty of life abroad. Kim’s passion for architecture and interior design ignited as she gathered international inspiration from the countries she visited and the cultures she came to love.
Kim’s design style leans modern classic. She loves to curate old and new pieces, mixing styles and textures in a fresh and unique way. Kim brings infinite creativity, global inspiration, and a relentless work ethic to her clientele. She is a mom to three active children and loves to create spaces that are as comfortable as they are unconventional.
Amy Zambrano
Designer
Amy has always had an enthusiasm and talent for the creative and analytical worlds. With her Marketing Degree from Texas A&M University, she was able to utilize these strengths as a Buyer in the Retail industry for several years. Amy’s skills ranged from fabric selection and product design, to writing business, marketing and merchandising plans. Her international business travels inspired her love of textiles and prints.
After spending several years at home as a full time mother to her three children, Amy chose to pursue her love for all things aesthetic. Her unique abilities as both an artistic and business-minded individual, combined with her ability to develop strong relationships with her clients, has been the basis for her professional growth.
In addition, she is a Realtor and helps transform client’s existing homes, and she can also help them transition to a different home.
Amy views her personal home as a sanctuary for herself and her family. Her personal design style is transitional. Her love of color and prints and her desire for each room to tell a unique story showcase a beautiful and comfortable home for her family.
